Before your therapist arrives

Share the full address, hotel name if applicable, parking details, and any gate or visitor-access instructions when booking. Check hotel visitor rules directly with the property. Clear a safe route to the setup space and leave enough room around the table. Your therapist brings a massage table, fresh linens, and supplies; you do not need to provide equipment. Allow time for setup and breakdown in addition to the hands-on session.

Speak up about preferences and health considerations

Before the session, mention relevant health considerations, recent injuries, movement restrictions, skin sensitivities, or oil allergies. If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for your situation, ask a qualified healthcare professional first. Single-therapist sessions are $200 for 60 minutes, $300 for 90 minutes, and $400 for 120 minutes, plus tips. Couples and four-hands massage start at $400 plus tips. Confirm the complete quote, duration, and any applicable fees before booking; gratuity is not included in the listed session price.

Requests are welcome 24 hours a day. Share your preferred time and location, then confirm availability and the arrival window. Round-the-clock scheduling does not mean instant arrival or that a particular therapist is always available.
